Onako wasn’t pleasant to order from she even went as far as rolling her eyes at me just cause i had a change of mind with what I was ordering which was uncomfortable for me

The food is lovely, tastes really great but the meat portions are a bit small

Personally my experience here was not bad at all 👍🏽🥩🍗 I ordered one of their value meals. I enjoyed the meat (maybe could have been cooked a little longer so it was a bit more tender). Pap tasted great as well as the spicy chakalaka. Of course, a braai is more than just meat, braais are social gatherings celebrated by South Africans with friends and family BUT as someone born and raised in South Africa, if I had a tourist visiting SA and they never got the opportunity to experience a proper braai, this could be a good alternative to at least get a taste for the meat, it would never be a substitute for an actual braai. I do need to mention that staff don’t seem too happy to be working here from what I noticed, please work on service delivery, they could be more friendly. Overall, I did enjoy my meal and would be keen to try it again. Also, your self checkout needs dedicated card machines to make payment. Some room for improvement but considering I have never seen a place specialised in braai related dishes in a mall like this, I think it’s great as it gives anyone a chance to experience the heart and soul of South Africa, our lekker kos!
